Hey Sena ~ <<<<<<<<<<<<<Good thoughts>>>>>>>>>>>> coming your way! Things will get better. It's a difficult time when you realize that food isn't there for you anymore like it used to be. You need to find other ways now to deal with the stress. Ask what others have done and keep reading profiles. You are definately not alone! Take care of yourself and keep posting. That's good therapy right there!

Sena WOW!your day is almost here! I know you are going through a whirlwind of emotions about now as the day draws nearer...... I can still remember them and I am here to tell you they are NORMAL.... so hang in there soon you will be on the losing side enjoying the positives of WLS.
