<font color=FF00FF><center><i>Hi there Cheryl. Read your post on the message board and just wanted to let you know that like you, I'm about 11 weeks postop and have lost about 55lbs. I was thinking it was pretty slow, but I see that both of us started on the lower end of the scales so that's probably why it's slower for us. I also feel great and of course would like to wake up tomorrow weighing 140, but that's not gonna happen so I'm just settling in and enjoying the little changes each day. I try to get in the 60grms or so of protein each day, sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Same thing with the water, although that's easier for me than the protein. Hang in there and keep up the good work! 51lbs isn't too shabby for less than 4 months and this time we know it'll stay off! Take care. </font color=FF00FF>
