Good Morning Donna, How about that.......two things in common!! You are from Amarillo...and so am I have been in Dallas since '69. Also, you're having RNY on the 18th in Lubbock and I'm having mine the 18th in San Antonio. NO YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE!! I kind of went through those feelings a liitle myself trying to justify this as a last means. When I had a mild stroke this June....that made my mind up for me. I will not let the weight destroy me any more than you will let it destroy you. I also have a niece in Amarillo who is a surgery nurse...her name is Sheryl Castleberry. Perhaps you might know her. Anyway.....the very best of luck with your surgery and a very speedy and healthy revovery. Thom in Dallas
