Leigh Ann, I will be one year out on July 9th, and I too, seem to have stopped losing at 109 lbs. But I am not unhappy with that, we are told that our weight loss will hold steady at some point, and I guess 154 lbs. is where my body is happy. I am not quite at a Normal BMI, but I am just moderately overweight now, not morbidly obese. I know that if I increased excercise and really limited carbohydrates, I could probably lose the last 20 lbs. I'd like to lose, but at this point, I am happy, I look good, and I am not stressing over it. I will have a consult with a plastic surgeon on August 25th to see about TT and Breast Lift, so I don't think you're doing it too soon, unless you still have over 50 lbs. to lose. But it's a personal decision. Good luck to you.

Hi Leigh Ann, congrats on a GREAT weight loss! 80 pounds in six months is wonderful. To help you out a little, I am also 6 months out (July 02, 02) and have lost 67 pounds. So you have me beat by almost 15 pounds! Anyway, it helps me to look at it in percentages. I needed to lose 105 pounds and have so far lost 67, thats 63% of my excess weight. Also, please remember that you have a year of "honeymoon" time and another year of window left after the "honeymoon".
