Hi everyone this is an update on Stephanie. She has had some problems. She had to be put in ICU. Just for a few hours that night after her surgery because she started throwing up blood. They got everything under control. She was released on Xmas day. I went to see her I think a day or two after she came home. She was having a headache and she was uncomfortable. She went to the emergency room on that Friday or Saturday and they said she was dehydrated. She stopped taking the prescription pain med. and started taking alieve and the headache went away. Then I went to check on her on Wednesday(01/02/02), and she could not see clearly. Her vision was very blurred. So she called Dr. Grant and her told her to come in. I took her and they said it was not caused by anyting from the surgery. They sent her to the eye care center and they told her it was something putting pressure on the back of her eye. So they was calling her doctor so he could arrange a cat scan to be done. Well the snow came and we are snowed in so they have not done the cat scan yet. I know and believe that God is going to make this okay and this to will pass. Even though Stephanie and I have not been friends that long. In fact we didn't know each other that good until she saw me on this web site. God has away to draw people together. I thank God that we have became friends because I feel we need each other for support. I will update you as soon as I have new information.

Hi all, this is Terri, Stephanie's angel. I am pleased to say that Stephanie's surgery was a success. She had no complications, everything went as planned. However she is in alot of pain right now (about an hour an twenty minutes out of surgery)and waiting for the surgeon to come visit so she can get more pain meds. Her family and myself appreciate all of the well wishes and prayers. I will try to post more information this evening as it becomes available. Thanks again to everyone for their support!

Hi Stephanie-well you "new" birthdate is just about upon us. Glad to read that you have friends who have already had this surgery, it will help in your recovery. Please take good care of yourself and keep us updated as to your progress.
