Cheryl, I see that your surgery was to have taken place already .I pray all went well. I saw your question on the board and I feel bad nobody has replied. I am from Illinois too. I live in Seneca . It's about 30 min from Joliet.I had surgery with Dr. Salvino in Downers Grove and they do have a support group , but unfortunatly it is not open to the public. They just don't have the space. We are pretty much crowded now.I am 5 mon post and am down 77 pounds. started at 270 and 5'6. I hope all is well with you.
