Hi Kimberly! You're one day behind me - neat! I get Atkins shakes at GNC. Lowe's Foods also carries them. You can order them online at www.atkins.com. This is the only protein shake that I can stand. Hope this helps!

CAN I SAY ((((WOW)))) THAT IS A GREAT WEIGHT LOSS FOR ONLY FOUR WEEKS. I AM SO PROUD OF YOU. ITS NOT EASY TO STAY WITH THE PROGRAM. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB YOUR DOING SWEETIE. YOU WILL BE AT GOAL BEFORE YOU KNOW IT. LORD BLESS

Kimberly, COngratulations on your weight loss so far. I know that everyone is different, but I had my first plataeu in between the 3rd and 4th week out. It lasted over a week, close to two.
