I ran across this site the other day, www.obesitylaw.com I don't know anything about them but from the info they have on the homepage, they might be able to help you out if all other resources have been exhausted. I just received my surgery date iam from florida and I had to fight my insurance Cigna since SEPT. my husband, and I called all over fla the Gov. office, insurance commission, and Attorney Generals office.. So fight fight fight if you have insurance.. Okay I wanted to tell you about Dr MArema here in Florida he just started up a program just for Teens he is 1 of the best Surgeons in the State and iam sure you saw him on the opera winfrey show regarding weight loss in children and teens..His charge for surgery is 10,000 dollars alot less than 56,000.
