Debra, Definitely file an appeal with your insurance. If you have access to a lawyer, get him/her to write the appeal letter on his letter head. Send a copy of the appeal letter to the Insurance commissioner for your state and to the president of the Insurance company. It will make a difference. Good luck! Cathy

Debra had her surgery yesterday and it went very well. She was up and walking an hour after getting back to her room. She's a little more sore today, but looks tremendous. She was walking when I got to the hospital and doing so well that I thought she had lap surgery instead of open, but she showed me the scar to prove otherwise. She'll probably be going home Thursday. Keep sending those well wishes her way.
