Hi Rhonda, I know how it is to gain weight because of things that you just can't change. I had major back surgery, and then right after that the next was surgery on both my knees, and because of all the time I just could not excerise the weight really added up after a year or two, I was already overweight before all of this happened so I know what your going through. Also I wanted to let you know my parents were both born and raised in Newberry, and I still have relatives there. I was wondering if I would see anyone from Newberry, I went on vacation there every year after I was born until I was 17. My husband is in the Military and will retire next May, and I want to take a trip up there and show him all the sights. good luck to ya!!!!! Mary Lowery
