Well, yesterday I started keeping track of my food intake. Yes I know I should have been doing this all along. Oh, thank you Leighannelamb for the website. I tried it out after reading your blog  

anyway, yesterday I only took in around 369 calories and close to 17 grams of protein. Wow, what a wake up call... so today I was aware of how much protein I was eating. I have felt like my day has revolved around food  I have felt like I needed to eat although I wasn't hungry. I did get in 769 calories today and 43 grams of protein, but my gosh. I feel like I am just weighed down inside from all i ate today, and I still didn't get in all my protein. It was really hard to drink water too. I was constantly eating, when could I have drank anything?

I walked today and the website said I burned 263 calories.

I am going to go looking for my protein shots again tomorrow.
