First Fill 1/6/09

I had my first fill today. I received 4cc, wasn't bad at all. My dr went straight to the port, didn't have to fumble around for it(thank God). I felt the saline go in, made a big mistake by looking at the needle. I had a hard time swallowing my saliva, this only lasted about a couple of seconds. He gave me some water i took a couple of sips and I was fine. I was so upset when he weighed me, i had gain 7 lbs. I was trying to figure out how that happened. I really didn't eat all that bad during the holidays. Well it could of been that brownie, cake, or even that double fudge chocolate chip cookie(LOL). I'm back on track, started working out on Monday, feeling really good, was a little upset about the weight gain, but can't sweat that. It actually feel good to be back on liquids again, two days on liquids, then 3 days of mushy, and then back to my regular diet. I'm no longer discouraged, i'm on a mission.
