What happened?

Didn't get a fill this week, and I gained 7lbs since the last post.  So i'm 258, It has to be the fluid i'm retaining. I suffer from Chronic Venous Insuffiency. That simply means my blood circulate down, but have hard time getting back up to my heart. So I suffer with the edema, especially when i walk a hour on the treadmill. I wear the compression stockings and they help a little bit. I'm not discouraged because i know i'm doing everything i can. Thanks everybody for your love and support. I love my OH family.
