Hello everybody. I'm currently in Louisiana visiting with my mom, who has been dianosed with bone cancer. I believe God for her total healing, so i'm not worried. I've been here for two weeks i honestly thought i was gonna gain weight because there is nothing but food here you know how the south is. I thought to myself this is gonna be a test, but I lost 3 pounds. I been sticking to my eating regimen, however I did eat alot of CRAWFISH that regimen went out the door. I enjoyed every moment of it and I have no regrets. So now I'm 250. I can't wait to see the 240's. God Bless
