Went to Dr. today 256 can't believe this i'm killing myself in the gym and to hear that nonsense made me angry. I'm not gonna weigh myself on my scale i will just wait to i go to the dr. i got 1cc's added so that puts me at 7cc's, lets see if this work. I met with the dietician, and she put me on a low carb eating plan, she only wants me to consume 50g of carbohydrates. That mean no fruit pretty much, i don't like this diet, because i love fruit. I'm gonna try it for 6 weeks and if this don't work i don't know what will.
