What’s going on?

Let me first start off by saying, Y’all the struggle is REAL.
It is truly the most frustrating thing to see your weight stay the same for the next 3 weeks or so, even gain 1 pound? What’s going on here?
I do my meal plans like I’m suppose to, drink my water and take in my protein like I’m suppose to. Exercise regularly. Oh and tract my food.
Will this pass? Get better? When should I start to really get worried?
Please help!
