5th DAY OF CLEAR LIQUIDS

Well today is the last day of clear liquids. And I have not been hungry at all. That is so strange to me LOL I just knew i would be starving or threaten every in the house to give me some of what ever they ate ..but nope! Tomorrow i can have soup and i think it will be interesting to see how i handle something a little thicker than fluids. i bought some sf carnation instant breakfast to add my protein powder to..and i am so glad to say goodbye to the freaking Isopure.I have felt like my normal self until about 30 mins ago. My hip suddenly felt stiff and i couldn't stand up. I walked all over the grocery store and i have folded towels and vacuumed so i know I'm not sitting too much. It just feels like a catch. I am trying to work that out now. so i gotta get off here lol
