Hello Dixie, I am from Troy, AL also and was so intriqued with your profile. when I checked in on the day of your surgery, I thought of you. I was so supprised to see people listed from Troy. I hope everything goes will with you. Keep me posted on your weight loss. I need some encouragement too. I hope I can have the RNY also.

Dixie, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine in November 2000, and I have never had a single regret. One thing that may help to remember is that the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.
