ugh... feeling upset today!

So today was my first of 3 visits at the Research Center at my local hospital and I am there guinea pig basically. It has something to do with before and after WLS for gastric bypass.. That not importatnt but everything was going great for the whole 2 hours until the end where they took my weight.. Now it was in the morning and I had been fasting and all... AND it was on one of there scales where they slide the weight over... and not one of the nice fat people scales that are digital... and there it was right infront of me... I gained 6 pounds since mid December... AHHHHHH!!! I mean I am happy that I am still down weight and all.. but its depressing to see the gain.. I am so upset! I have to start walking more.. and I already eat pretty well and all... When I started with the program just about 6 months ago I was at my all time highest of 407 pounds!!! And now I am as of today 363 pounds... I am so upset with myself... ugh
