Here's a recipe I played around with. There's a couple things I'd try differently for fun next time, but this was tasty! It's basically hot sauce with the seasonings you typically find in a ranch dressing, without the buttermilk powder or salt.

i made a basic shepherd's pie and swapped out potato for cauliflower. Super tasty! You might not need a recipe for this, but here's a rough idea:

Happy Monday everyone,

Well, after a couple ofslow weeks, my weight dropped from 295 to 289 overnight. Then popped back up and is working it's way down. So, I'm 289 in my heart haha but not on paper. Getting under 290 was my next milestone goal
