HI Rayma. You have such a pretty name. :) I am so sorry you have had it so rough since your WLS. You are having a rough time of it, with no end in sight, nothing concrete to help you back to the losing side. *sigh* I don't have the answer either, Rayma. You are getting in your water and protein, but are you getting your exercise, and do cut the carbs completely. The carbs maybe the culprit of your not losing. Do try this, keep a log of what you put into your mouth, every bite of it, and tally up at the end of your day, you maybe surprised just how many hidden carbs you may have consumed. Just my opinion which I hope will help. And also, are you making sure you are getting adequate vitamins, calcium, and your B12 tablets? And make sure you are getting the water.
I too stay tired a good bit, but I know it will all get better for the both of us. Keep the faith and don't doubt your WLS!! Get back positive in attitudes. (((((HUGS))))))
