I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And frie<nds to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all. (unknown author)FROM MY HEART TO YOU ~*~Hugs~*~

Gail, I read your dilemma on the message board this morning, and I feel for you. Don't beat yourself up about how it happened, just figure out what you want going forward. It's not fair to either guy to keep seeing both of them, but you already know that. One thing I would think about if I were you is why you've been engaged for so long, but haven't married your fiance. It's not just the distance. If you truly wanted to be together, you'd figure out how to do that. Is it that he's comfortable and known, but that you've known for a while that he's not really the right man for you long term? I can see that there are other possibilities, but a four and a half year engagement without a wedding raises some questions. You'll figure it out, and the sooner you do, the better for all three of you. Take deep breaths, and make a good decision.

Hi Gail, seems to me you know the answer to the dilemma you're going through. I read your profile, and it seems as though Michael is a gift from heaven who has loved you for a very long time, even before you had WLS. You even said yourself at one point in your profile that "Everone should have a Michael"... THERE'S YOUR ANSWER! This is not hate mail, please don't think it is. It's more of something like.... "You should know better", and I think you do. Yes, loneliness stinks, but stick it out, and Michael will continue to be there for a long long time.
