Hi again, I went to visit Gypsy this afternoon and she is doing very well. Has been walking a lot and has been sipping broth and a few bites of jello. She said water wasn't too good on her stomach. She and Warren have been walking up and down the hallway many times. She seems to have lots of stamina. But she is sleeping very well too. The surgery center is wonderful and all the nurses are nice and friendly. Of course they just love Gypsy, we all do. She is so much fun to talk to. She has a direct line in her room if any one wants to call--1-559-447-7310. She thinks she might be released tomorrow. If so I hope she will come to stay with me. I live about 30 miles away. Well, I better get to chat and tell the chatters how well she is doing too. Bye for now. Evelyn

Hello everyone. I am Evelyn--Gypsy's angel. I spent yesterday at the Fresno Surgery Center with Gypsy and her husband Warren. Gypsy was taken back to surgery at 1:30 and Dr. Higa came to talk with us at 3:00. He said Gypsy did great and everything was fine. She would spend a couple of hours in recovery before going to her room. A little before 6:00 they brought her to her room. I talked with her a bit and then started for home--looked like rain. I didn't want to drive in the dark and the rain. She was in good hands--Warren was there to help her--he said Gypsy would have him up and walking around soon with her. She said she wasn't in pain but was sick to her stomach, but other than that she was ok. I will be going back to visit around noon today and will keep you posted. Please send her well wishes and prayers on the message board or her web page. By the way--boy was I impressed with the Fresno Surgery Center--a great place to have surgery--it was really nice and everyone was wonderful. Well I will post later, bye for now. Evelyn
