I'm Disappointed in ME!

Could this be possible? I had signed up to take a FREE exercise class and didn't attend (due to "female issues").  I watched Biggest Loser last night and started feeling down on myself. I shouldn't have let a my "female issue" stand in my way of working out. Because once I have the surgery, not exercising isnt an option!

Why am I beating myself up and I haven't had the surgery yet? Or could it be my "female issues" messing with me?! If I'm like this now, LAAAWWWWDDD I hate to see what's it going to be like later on in life. I'm not like this one bit!
