2 weeks post op

Whoo Hoo,  I am down to 312.5  not bad.  It has been 5 weeks since I started optifast and I am down 38.5 pounds.  It is two weeks since surgery.  Not hungry,  just the head hunger.  I am so glad that I got this done.  I just need to get over all those friggin commercials.  They are going to be the death of me!

We went to McDonalds, and I did not even try one french fry.  McDonalds is my nemese.  

Protein, protein, protein.  Water, water, water.

Oh yah.  10% of my body weight is gone for good!
