After all the cooking and cleaning you've done, you need the surgery just to have a rest!! Since we have the same Doc and same procedure, I'll be following your journey in preparation for mine. Will be thinking about you tomorrow, best of luck!

**Kathy** The photo that is in the TV advert was taken at 10 months when I was 120 pounds down .. since then I am down a further 16. ....... Well I did 60 mins Aqua Aerobics this morning and actually finally got Ian in the pool with his floaty belt on and he did 20 mins aqua jogging and did a few things with the weights ... so that is a start ... mind you his co-ordination isn't too good since his strtoke, but I think that doing this will really help.
