Kathy, I have been trying since September with Aetna! Forget them unless you have had a BMI OVER 40 for the past 5 years! 39 doesn't count! You can state it at the first submission so that you do but if you tell the truth they will give you a lot of hassle!!!! working on proving how badly I need this...over 50 for the last 3 years!!! UNREAL
