Well today still have stiches in... they had scheduled me with the nurse practioner so she couldn't cut out my stiches as Kaiser didn't do my surgery however I can schedule with my primary care doctor and they can take them out... Going to have to call today to see if there is anything available prior to July 20th or I can take them out myself as we were shown how to do it... someone else suggested going to urgent care... but this isn't an emergency....I have already completed my chair exercises for today and plan on taking a walk on the treadmill as the temp here has been HOTTTT... fininsh up a coaching program and try to get some rest....so what are your plans for today?
