~~~~CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR UPCOMING SURGERY. ~~~~ Your big day is almost here, this is the day, your new life will begin, I cant promise it will be easy, cant say it will be hard, I can say that with all the complications and everything I had to go through, It was well worth it. I have never felt better in yearsss, I’m off all medications, have sooooo much more energy. So if you hit a bump in the road, hang in there and remember it will alll be worth it in the long run. Prayers that the Lord will guide your surgeon’s hands and you have a speedy recovery. . Looking forward to hearing from you on the loosing side. Huggs and Prayers

Hey Kristi! Welcome to this wonderful place where all of us can come for support and friendship. I am fairly new to the site, and have just become active with posts and comments since having the lap band procedure 2 weeks ago. I highly reccommend it, and am so happy that you are on your way. It has been so easy. The surgery itself, the recovery, and the post op diet have all been almost fun. Knowing that I have obtained a tool that will help me break my unhealthy pattern is exhilerating. I hope you will soon be able to experience the feeling of empowerment that WLS can provide. We are all here for you and love you!
