Lisy- Congrats on starting the steps to get healthy. Just take the steps one day at a time. The Memorial pages effect us all. Read John Ott's story. He was a much loved part of the CA board. He got the surgery and came through fine. It was his heart (which he feared would happen) that gave out. Sending lots of {{hugs}} your way.
