Wendi, Happy 1 year annivesray. The year went by quick didn't it. I just celebrated mine on Saturday. You have done great! Keep up the good job! Hope your next year brings all the things you want to accomplish. Hugs!

You are such an encourager and I am so happy for you and your successful journey. I'm taking you up on your offer too. I am 11 days post-op with proximal-open-Can you please give me a sample diet that can help me through. The protein I am on does not taste bad, but I am having to gag it down, seems like my whole day is those drinks and supplements and chicken broth, let alone getting the water in. Any help would be welcome. Thanks

Congratulations to you. You have lost an amazing amount of weight. I can just imagine how busy your life has become now that you are not carrying another person around with you. Seeing that the amount of weight that you have lost is that of another person. Good job. Best wishes to you.
