You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 82 pounds!!! Good luck!

I ONCE HEARD A BEAUTIFULLY PROFOUND STATEMENT : "IF YOU'RE GONNA WORRY, THEN DON'T PRAY. IF YOU'RE GONNA PRAY THEN DON'T WORRY." SO SIMPLE YET SO PROFOUND! THIS HAS HELPED IN EASING MY ANXIETY.
