July 2010 - 553 lbs.

Me, holding my brand new niece, Katie, on the day of her birth. :) This photo was taken on July 14th. On July 15th I weighed-in at 553 lbs., which is a 21 lbs. loss since last month and 38 lbs. lost since April.
