27 weeks - 142 lbs

Well yesterday was my exercise class and as usual I weigh in.  I was at 142 lbs.  My BMI was 40 and now it is 23.6.  This journey is so amazing.  I am 2 lbs away from goal and 100 lbs lost.  OMG what a feeling.  I am trying to up my calories so that I don't lose to much anymore.  I need to eat 1416 calories a day just to maintain so that is what I am going to start to do. 

Yesterday I went to Savers (2nd hand store) and bought two more pairs of jeans.  I am now a size 5/6.  This is just crazy I just wanted to be a size 10.  I really don't want to be any smaller than a 5/6.  So maintenance is what I am going to do. 

My girlfriend from Vegas came down this morning. I haven't seen her for a year.  She was like wow Asia you look fantastic.  Your face looks the same you are just skinny now.  I still try not to talk about it.  We went out to breakfast and she share her plate with me.  She said she wasn't very hungry.  I didn't eat to much but I did show her that I could eat anything that she can.  I had 1/2 wheat toast, 1/2 scrammbled egg I think less, 2T corned beef hash and 2T of hashbrowns (looked more like cubed potatos.  And just to show her I had one bite of a pancake cause I can. 

This is going to be one great weekend I just know it.
