further to my "splits" ambition - I have started working on them as I am doing some awesome stretching at the end of my workouts - I LOVE STRETCHING!! Anyway, I can get all the way down now (in one direction, but not both - yet) but I still can't raise my hands over my head yet, something to work on. just thought I'd share - maybe an NSV?
