Pam Hello and Happy Anniversary you. You and I are are four month post-op, I had mine on April 22 in Cleveland, Ohio. I think I am down by 60 but I will see my doctor on Wednesday for my monthly check-up. My hair has not fallen out yet, my doctor says soon and it is a good sign because he can I am doing what I need to be doing. I think the other reason my hair hasn't fallen out is I take a Shaklee soy protien shake every morning, and it also makes me fell great. You can order them online at Shaklee.com. The favor are chocolate and vanilla. I like vanilla, I put it in my orange juice. Good luck Suzanne
