4 days post op HAUNTING QUESTION WILL SUGAR MAKE ME VOMIT?

In the past few days Ive had a couple panic attacks.  One when I took my gummy vitamin...Ive read over and over and over in this forum that sugar will make you vomit.  Well the first vitamin I took after surgery, I paniced after I took it..I wondered if it contained sugar..I read the ingredients and yes...it did contain sugar..so I wondered...why didnt I vomit?  Then the next day, while still at the motel, I asked my hubby to get me a yogurt from the hotel continental breakfast....I ate about 3 bites and then remembered...OH NO...SUGAR?  I read the ingredients...yes there was sugar...so I stopped eating it...I NEVER DID VOMIT.  So there I was last night laying there with that haunting question...will sugar really make me vomit I HAD TO KNOW ..WILL SUGAR MAKE ME VOMIT...so I got up and searched my kitchen...I found 1 chocolate covered ice cream bar in the frige...I ate the chocolate off of it...all of it....I DID NOT GET SICK...I DID NOT VOMIT...I thought huh...why arent I getting sick..the only thing I can think of is...in surgery...I didnt have my gall bladder removed...so maybe that had something to do with it...in any case...I was soooo relieved to learn that sugar isnt going to make me ill.
