Rhonda, Good Luck with your surgery and wishing you a speedy recovery. I felt the same way you did before the surgery. Just concentrate on all the positive things. Check out the before and after photos. It will help! And remember the pain afterwards is healing pain. It will get easier and easier. Plus the morphine button is wonderful. And remember, walk, walk, walk, breath, breath, breath! Good Luck! See you on the lighter side!

Rhonda, Best of wishes to you on your upcoming surgery. I know that attending events is hard when we do not feel good about ourselves. Attend that wedding knowing that soon that will be the old you and the next time you see the family they will see the transformation to a butterfly. Do not let others comments get you down...regardless of one's size we still have feelings and losing weight DOES not make us better people. It is sad that others see our physical self and fat and sometimes do not bother to look at the wonderful things in our heart. God speed to a fast recovery and to your journey to a transformation.
