I not long spoke to Dana and she is home and doing fine. Two days after she had surgery, they had to go back in and this time open her up completely. When she had her bypass, they repaired a hernia from a previous surgery (gall bladder). Somehow her intestines got a kink in it and that is why they had to open her up and go back in. It is better now, but she'll have a little bit longer recovery time now. She did say that she is getting in up to 60oz. of liquids, which is really good. Hope you all have a great weekend. Looking forward to you emailing us soon Dana! Take Care, Dee

Hi Everyone, I just spoke to Eddie, Dana's Husband and she went through the surgery just fine. She is in her own room, but I was not able to talk to her only because of her throat being sore. She is a bit hoarse and has not been able to drink anything yet. They did the X-rays this morning to make sure everything is fine and they are just waiting on the results. She'll be happy to have those in so she can drink something and have at least some ice chips. Thank You All so much for your prayers. I am glad everything went well for you Dana and we cannot wait for your return home. Take Care, Angel Hugs, Dee
