Wednesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench! ~ JudyAnne

Anita, we can all drink with our meals if we want to but you absolutely should not! Not drinking with your meals is key to your long term success! Read more about this at http://www.oregoncenter.com/bluebook.html <p> I know its really difficult but its really important to fluid load 15 minutes before eating, stop drinking, wait 15 minutes and then eat. After that wait 30 mins to 2 hours (as long as you can) before drinking again. What I do when I really need a drink is to suck on a sugar free hard candy. Lifesaver Butter Toffees are wonderful and you can get them at Walmart or Walgreens. When you drink with your food, the liquids wash away the nutrients and you get hungry sooner. It also allows you to eat more at one sitting. I don't mean to preach, I just want you to be successful! Hugs!

anita try to not drink with your food it pushes the food through faster and you don't get the benefits from it .eat slow and remember to chew.
