Hello,  

I'm not sure if anyone still reads this but here I am.  It's been almost 15 years since my sleeve.  I had a tummy tuck with lipo in 2013.   So now I am weighing in at 179 with OZEMPIC.  I know I know but insulin resistance came back.  I am currently wearing a size 8 and I am considering doing the 3 day pre surgery challenge to reboot myself.   I would love to talk to any veterans or newbies!!!!  Ig tojo2012.
