Hi Barb,Congrats on getting on the train. I need to hitch a ride but I can't find enough foods I like without carbs, I am still learning about carbs, still trying to figure out what is a good carb n a bad carb, and what is an impact carb!! lol Anyhow, you can get the suglingual B-12's at GNC or any good health food store. I have looked at Walmart and Meijers and Kmart but can't seem to find them. Maybe a good drugstore has them but I haven't found them except at GNC. Good luck and enjoy the trip. De

The "weight" is nearly over - Woooo Hooooo!! Only a few more days until you leave us pre-ops and go to the other side. May God bless you and grant wisdom to your surgical team. Save me a place on the "losing" side. LOL

Barb, my angellette, Gloria Maria Rodriguez DeLosSantos is also having her surgery tomorrow at HUMC with Dr. Capella! Maybe you will be roomates! Many warm thoughts and prayers are heading your way for an uneventful surgery, a quick, pain-free recovery, and many months of weight loss followed by a lifetime of good health. So close to a new you and so many emotions! I haven't had mine yet but am hoping for this summer. My thoughts are with you before,during, and after. Keep up with the posts. They do help. With each reply you get there are 10 others you have helped or touched in some form or way. Listen to your peers and mostly your Dr. and support group. they know what you need. I'll be watching for those updated posts!
