Hi Marv, Wow it's been over a year for you! Please post and let us know what it could be like for us--down the line. I had my surgery on 4/12/05. I have lost one piund each day since. My problem is I have cronic pain in both my knees from artheritis. I may be able to get shots in my knees to help me walk--so I can get out and walk more. I have to go back to work on 5/19 No more PTO. I now have you on my prayer list. Best to you on this ongoing trip! Jan

Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side. The trumpets are blaring, the cymbals are crashing and the drums are drumming – all for YOU! I hope that all went well for you! You’ve been out of surgery now for a little over a month – YIPPIE!!! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 82 pounds!!! Good luck!
