Rachelle is hanging in and doing well. She is a surgery pro. I saw her 2 days after her surgery. She was in ICU due to other problems but her surgery went well. She actually has a nice looking scar (as far as scars go) She is a tuff cookie. OOPS did I say cookie LOL. Ilene

Dear Rachelle, I saw your response to another about the gastrgaffin swallow test, and I hope and pray you get to feeling better. After my swallow test I was very nauseated and sick feeling, after 6 to 8 hours I finally had one heave ho, throw up, filled the bottom of my puke bucket and felt fine from that point on. After that I had a bleeding complication in the hospital, was given blood and had to stay an extra day. I came home and took pain medicine as needed, was on clear liquids only for 2 weeks, and now am on pureed foods for the next 3 weeks. I pray you get to feeling a little better, and start watching in the next week or so, the fat will start to melt away and your skin will loosen up and get a bit flabby, wow this is so neat. I pray for you to feel better very very soon. God Bless Us All !!!!!!!!
