Reality Goal

Okay, BMI stuff and reality weight post op = If you are 5' 2" then the actual weight with out any fat would be 110#; they expect you to loose 75% of extra fat would be 127 to shed post-op then my actual goal weight should be 279-127 which equals approximately 152#; the last time I weighed 150# was before I got pregnant with my first child in 1997. Wow, something to look forward to.
