Hi, I'm also a patient of Dr. Shapiro's. I had a distal RNY done last week. My goal is also to lose 100 lbs. before 6 months. You're so close can you tell me how you did it. Do you exercise everyday? What do you eat? Any information would be deeply appreciated! Thanks! Joie [email protected]

Hi Stephanie, I wish you a successful surgery tomorrow and pray that God blesses your surgery and the person's involved in the surgery. I also wish you a wonderful future weight loss journey. Stay positive and know that everything will go well. Have a wonderful evening and soon you will be on the loosing side with me and a lot of the others on this site.
