so, you had your surgery and now, probably, you are saying, "What the fuck have I done?" Let me tell you, this too will pass. Just drink your water, drink your broth, and when you can start on your protein drinks and above all, move. Get up and walk and when you get home walk and keep walking until you get your strength back. The more you walk, the faster you will build red blood cells and the better you will feel. So, when you get home, post and let us know how you are doing and give yourself a few days and you will see a big difference. Soon, you will be wearing skinny butted underwear.
