Joeylynn - I just wanted to wish you all the luck with your surgery next week. Dr. Borao's doing my surgery on 12/4, and I'm confident we picked a great surgeon. Make sure you let us know how everything went.

Joey-You are the best. Doing something like this alone would be dreadful, but doing together is the best. I will always be there for you from beginning to end as I know you will be there for me. My very best friend (and a great niece too!) love ya lots!! Maggie

Joeylynn~I too had to quit smoking before surgery and it was one of the hardest things I ever had to do.I used patches and I ordered the smokeless cigarette from online which helped a great deal.I did cheat a few times and would have one cigarette,but I didn't smoke at all the 36 hours before surgery when it was most important.Everytime I felt like I needed to smoke I would just remember my upcoming surgery and tell myself I was worth it.I promise you it is worth the effort.I wish you the very best.Please keep us posted.
