Chris, Happy Re-Birthday! :) I just read your 1-year posting. Your outlook, knowledge, attitute, strength & success just continue to amaze me! Hi Chris! Gosh, I have so missed seeing you in the postop group! How are you doing sweetie? Reading your profile, you are continuing to do AWESOME!!!! I am down to 270 now (total of 97 lbs lost) at a little over 5 months postop, and was wishing it was more, but I can't really complain. My hubby and I just started biking again and it feels terrific :) I so hope this finds you well!

WoW! Chris you are doing fabulous!!! What a success you have been. You are truly an inspiration to the rest of us beginning our journey. I am 8 weeks out and down almost 50 lbs. What a miracle this surgery has been. I wish you happiness and continued success.
