6 months post op and all of a sudden burning and pain in stomach

It started 2 days ago I noticed pain and burning in my stomach. I tried pepto bismol, gas X, Mylanta, trying to relieve it so far nothing. My stomach is making all these popping noises, rumblings, increased peristalsis, it feels just terrible and painful. When I try to eat or drink something it gets worse. Has anyone all of a sudden felt this way? Should I call my surgeon?
